Actually, I envisioned it more like you were looking through the picture frame, so it should be more like a window and less like a mirror. That way you COULD put the camera in the middle of the frame and eliminate the parallax issue. It would sort of be like those old HP commercials.

There might be some paralax problems like webcams have where people never look each other in the eye since you can’t stick the camera in the middle of the frame.

You know what would be even cooler, would be if to erase the current picture you had to turn the frame upside down and shake it.
