		<description>AA/BA did the same thing to me when I got to Berlin.  The problem was clearly BA&#039;s fault since LHR is a shit show. But BA kept pointing the finger at AA, and I have status on AA so I called them...long distance from Germany and they just transferred me to BA, who tried to transfer me back to AA, and so on.  I eventually got my bag back 2/3 of the way into my trip, and after I had bought a bunch of clothes...which BA eventually paid for.  But in your situation, sounds like AA messed up at JFK, someone probably stole your bag. Sounds bad to be accusatory, but it happens all the time.</description>
